Salman Khan charmed the people of Turkey with his charisma when he was there shooting for his film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’.
He now has a cafe named after him. Earlier known as the Café Del-Mar in the city of Mardin in Turkey, the popular local hangout point is now known as the Salman Khan Café.
The story goes like this – Salman and gang used to frequent this eatery which was in close proximity to their shooting location. Salman thought that the cafe needed a few improvements and suggested them to the owner. The owner paid heed to Sallu’s advice and did the necessary. The owner then also changed the name to Salman Khan Cafe.
Yashraj official confirms the story saying, “Café Del-Mar is now referred to as Salman Khan Café as its identity has changed. They used to look forward to having Salman and the entire gang visit every day.”
