Shahid Kapoor might be happy and single right now, but his first well known love story died a tragic death.
The actor, who had dated Kareena Kapoor for over 4 years has actually moved on in life but has learnt some lessons the hard way.
The ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ star while talking to a daily said that he was so deeply involved with Bebo that he couldn’t think of anyone else but her. Hence people thought he was a snob.
He said, “About being arrogant with co-stars, I blame it on my being a great boyfriend. I was in a four-and-a half-year long relationship and was very committed. I did not find any reason nor did I have the time to socialise or make friends otherwise. Now, I have learnt better. And I shall not be the most wonderful boyfriend.”
However, the actor is very happy with life at the moment. He said, “I don`t look back. I am happy the way things happened and the way things are now. I am in a very good space. That`s all that matters.”
So now does that mean Shahid will never commit to anyone else?
