Karan Johar is known for introducing new pairs. Be it Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma, Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan or Sonam Kapoor and Imran Khan, Karan has managed to get different pairings every time. This time he has got Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone for his forthcoming film.
We heard one of his assistant directors; Taran Vir Singh is set to direct this untitled film. Taran assisted Ayan Mukherjee during Wake up Sid. Taran is all set to direct his own film which is slated to commence by next year.
