‘Department’ tanked and how. Looks like the film’s failure didn’t go down well with either the actors or the director himself.
Ramu confessed that he had a horrible experience working with Sanjay Dutt. Sanju, on the other hand, said that hits and flops are a part of the industry and he shall never work with RGV again.
Thr film’s producer Dharam Uberoi also lashed out at RGV saying, “I am sure that I don`t want to work with Ramu on any other project in my life. We told Ramu so often those 5D cameras, which he used, are not apt to make a film but to no avail. Ramu just does not listen.”
Even during the shooting of the film, RGV and Sanju didn’t get along. RGV continued to blame Sanjay for the debacle said “I don`t know what they are thinking and neither do I care… but from my side, I don`t want to see the faces of Sanjay Dutt and Dharam Oberoi for the rest of my life.”
He continues, “From forcing me to take Kangana (Kangana Ranaut) out of the film to constantly cornering me to change screenplay, I had the most horrible time working with Dutt.”
Now the latest news is that Ramu is apparently blaming Abhishek for casting Sanjay in the film.
Ramu says, “Abhishek was supposed to do Rana`s role, it was he who convinced me about Dutt against my better judgement. Later on, he couldn`t do the film and I was left with Dutt. So I definitely blame Abhishek for making me go through this though it was unintentional on his part.”
Oh Dear Ramu, What’s done is done. The way you are picking fights with all these Biggies, I wonder if you’d ever make a film again
