The GORGEOUS Ms. Katy Perry was in India to perform at IPL 2012. Before the main event she was spotted at her hotel at a press conference and she was wearing a cute dress by Manish Arora. I totally figured she would be wearing something from Manish because she has always been a fan of his clothes.
