Yes i know what people are going to say. She’s a bloody fashionista she doesn’t need a petty blogger like me to ‘pretend’ to be her stylist! But i like taking up challenges, she’s one of the most stylish persons in Bollywood, but hey, this is just for fun! 
She may not be my favourite actress but she’s definetly one of my favourite fashionistas!! So here’s to my fashion idol…Sonam Kapoor!

This outfit was erm…well not so pleasant for the eyes! As much as some people may have loved it, i just think she could have done way better, going by her previous records! I think she could have donned something like this and looked far far better:
This beautiful LBD gives just the right amount of oomph, lady like look and glam! The black and silver bead embellishment on the sleeves gives just the perfect bits of vaavoom! The padded shoulders and sheer sleeves are the perfect touch to this front-zip stretch cotton dress. She would have definetly turned many heads with this look!! It isn’t often she gets her outfits wrong, and this deffo won’t be one of those occasions if she’d worn this beauty!!

As stunning as this maxi dress is, I’m sure Sonam could have worn something that would’ve suited her and her personality better. Maybe this?:
As much as i love her original maxi dress, could you just imagine this fashionista painting the town blue and white, quite literally in this androgynous outfit? This absolutely beautiful lace trouser and shirt outfit would rock the socks of anyone who would look upon Miss.Kapoor. This daring yet diverse outfit would have surely got her rave reviews for her clothes! Guaranteed.

This absolutely beautifulllll saree is just mesmerising! She looks like a regal indian princess! Had she worn something a bit different, would she have looked better? You tell me:
This rock-chick turned bhartiya naari look would have turned this regal princess into a ROCKing gorgeous modern princess with an indian twist. This saree (that looks like a dress) would have worked wonders in Sonam’s favour! Not saying that her original look isn’t beautiful, but i think, both looks would make her look equally beautiful!

When i first heard that Sonam was attending these awards i thought, WOW she’ll surprise me with a beautiful gown of some sort. She surely surprised me, but not in a way i expected! This gown was totally Meh. It’s just…i have no words to explain the utter sadness i get when i look at this gown. I know she could have definetly worn something much much better, and surprised me in a way i would have liked her to, by maybe wearing, this?:
Sonam could have stunned us in this absolutely divine Pink Blush, sheer back gown. Just look at it. Simpilicty defining beauty and elegance. I guess that’s what Sonam is all about too right? Surely a plain gown, but most certainly not boring. The colour and the way the gown is made…just amazing! It’s left me speechless. Sonam in this would have looked a million bucks! If only. *sigh*
These were 4 of my suggestions for 4 diff events Sonam has attended/been to. I’ve ranged the clothes from Indian Sarees, to Western Gowns! Hope you enjoyed this post and Sonam,sweetheart if i was your Stylist, this is what i would have picked for you, now its up to you whether you like these choices or the ones you’ve already worn!!
